On September 23, at Hotel Plaza, the official Odoo event took place, bringing together professionals, entrepreneurs, and various companies to discover the power of one of the most advanced business management platforms.

At Prisma, as an Odoo Silver Partner, we had the pleasure of being a sponsor and an active part of this event, sharing our experience with Albanian businesses that have chosen to modernize their processes with Odoo.

A special highlight of the evening was the presentation by our client ABA & Partners, who shared their successful journey with Odoo and expressed their gratitude for the collaboration with Prisma. This testimonial was a living proof of the value our partnership brings to clients: practical solutions, concrete results, and continuous support at every step of their digital transformation.

The event offered not only insights into Odoo’s functionalities and innovations but also the opportunity to exchange ideas and build new connections among professionals from different fields. The atmosphere was filled with positive energy and visions for the future.

For us, this event was another confirmation that Albanian businesses are ready to embrace innovation and strengthen their competitiveness with the help of technology.

We sincerely thank everyone who joined this unique evening. For those who couldn’t attend, the Prisma team is always ready to showcase the potential of Odoo and demonstrate why working with a trusted partner makes all the difference.

Change is a natural part of every growth journey. Today, we are pleased to share one of our most important steps with you: TetraPro has embraced a new identity and is now called Prisma.
This is not just a name change, but a clearer reflection of the mission and values that guide us: innovation, efficiency, and a human-centered approach.

Why Prisma?
In a constantly evolving market like technology and IT services, we believe a company’s identity should clearly reflect its vision for the future.
The name Prisma was carefully chosen to represent multidimensionality and the ability to reflect and absorb change.

Just like a prism disperses light into different colors, we aim to remain open to improvements.

What remains unchanged?
Although the visual identity has changed, our core stays the same.
We are still the same people, working every day with dedication to bring you the best solutions.

✔️ The Team – The same staff you know and have trusted over the years.
✔️ The Services – Our solutions remain just as reliable and tailored to your needs.
✔️ Communication and Dedication – Closer to you than ever before.

Will the @tetrapro.al contacts still work?
To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted transition:

• You can now find us at: www.prisma.al
• However, the website and email addresses ending in @tetrapro.al will continue to function during a transitional period.

Thank you for being part of this journey

This change would not be meaningful without your support.
We are proud of every project we’ve completed together, and excited for everything we will build in the future as Prisma.

Dear users,

ProFisc has brought new improvements in the management of suppliers and their connection with the Purchase Unit, which are accessible in the production environment.

Why are these developments important?

Since from CIS you can now receive all purchase invoices, whether they are electronic (E-invoice) or not, to make your experience even more efficient, we have added new fields to the supplier data that will help you manage information more easily.

Where do you find supplier details?

Data for suppliers is in the Settings/My Suppliers menu, where you can:

•  Add a New Supplier
• Modify existing supplier details easily, using the “Add Supplier” or “Modify” buttons.

What’s new?

We have added two important fields to supplier data:

1. Vendor Code: All vendor codes are now registered and manageable.
2. Purchase Unit: This field allows you to manually record the purchase unit for each supplier. If this field is filled in, ProFisc will automatically link purchase invoices to the corresponding unit upon issuance.

The workflow remains unchanged

There are no changes in your work process. But now, you have more flexibility to manage supplier data independently and efficiently in ProFisc.

For any question or uncertainty, we are here to help you. Ask questions at ProFisc Help

Feel free to contact us!

Thank you for being part of ProFisc, and good luck using these new features!

We would like to inform you that ProFisc is very soon planned to have a new refreshed look like below.
For those who don’t like changes, nothing to worry about 😊. The improvements consist only in the way the menus are organized. In the updated version, the menus are oriented to the left of the interface and the part related to the menu appears or disappears with the movement of the mouse.

The purpose of this change is to offer users a well-organized portal, easy and fast to navigate and use.

Nothing in the functions of the menus and sub-menus has changed, but only their orientation.

1. Autosave option

Enabling this option makes it possible to automatically save the invoice draft while you are working on it, every 30 seconds. You can enable or disable this option as desired in Create Invoice.

2. Duplication of Invoice

By clicking this option on an existing successfully fiscalized invoice, the system will create a copy of that invoice in Draft status on the current date. In this way, you can change the data you need and finalize the new invoice more quickly and easily. This utility helps you generate monthly recurring invoices, such as rent or other bills.

You can find the Duplicate option listed in the list of invoice actions in the My Invoices menu; as well as inside the fiscalized invoice.

For more information on these two utilities please consult our help page: Faturimi Archives – ProFisc Help
